A fully inclusive horse lease means you have everything to start enjoying your new horse experience! A lease is like owning your own horse without the additional expenses as included in your lease is full care agistment at a boutique property, including all hay and feed, farrier, vet and dental work and top-quality saddlery and equipment provided.
With a monthly payment of $650 for two rides a week, it is less than the price of agistment.
(averages out at a very reasonable $75 a ride)
Connie is both lovely in a lesson but even more fun on a trail, with an un-flappable nature, she will take care of you and build confidence while you learn. Connie is a registered quarter horse who is typically cool and calm and a joy to ride a few little jumps- she loves to jump and desperately wants a rider to do active stuff!

Mr Ed is the ultimate confidence building schoolmaster. He is gentle and kind with a loving nature, making him a pleasure to handle and be around. He is an absolute sweetheart and just loves affection. This stunning boy loves a hug and will literally lie with his head in your lap for a snooze in the day yard! Fabulous for a trail ride with friends and to enjoy in your training sessions!
If you are returning to riding, then Daisy is your girl as she is calm to be around a forgiving with mistakes. Daisy has a willing and gentle nature and is an absolute joy and will help you build confidence. She moves willingly and is a responsive pleasure to ride, is a calm and kind teacher and companion. Quarter horses are known for being level-headed and sensible, and Daisy-Mae is a stunning registered quarter horse and true to form has an unflappable temperament. Daisy is amazing to for exploring the extensive trails and adjoining state park.

Ollie is my heart horse that I have had for 7 years but I can't ride them all. Ollie is a at a national level winner and is to die-for amazing!
Riding Ollie is like sitting on a magic carpet, just think it and he will do it, a jog/trot that is like a massage chair, and lateral work that just flows with the slightest aids he will move off the weight of the rein on his neck. Currently ridden in both English and Western you will be enjoying the very best of the best! Ollie is a dude, he is not complicated, he will love you for a carrot and just wants affection, to be adored!
Always wanted to continue your riding but don't know where to start? Blondie is the perfect palomino and has competed in dressage as well as being a competent jumper and trail riding horse. Indigo is a stunning 16hh solid chestnut Quarter Horse mare, and she’s the perfect horse for a rider looking to get back in the saddle. With her sensible, reliable nature, typical of her breed, she’s a big, beautiful girl who can take excellent care of her rider.
Indigo is a lovely, forward ride, always easy to pull up after a trail ride, and well-behaved in company. She absolutely loves trail riding and would be best suited to an intermediate rider who enjoys fun, safe adventures on the trail, smaller jumps, and lessons.
On the ground, she’s quiet, calm, and easy to handle, whether it’s shoeing, floating, washing etc. she’s always well-behaved. It’s easy to fall in love with her sweet, affectionate temperament.

Kandy is a smaller horse and suited to teens that will outgrow in him as time goes by but will be taught by the most patient soul.

Annie has been owned and loved by a little girl who has sadly outgrown her. Annie doesn’t want to leave home so is looking for some little peeps that will love and enjoy riding and playing with her as she is both a sweetheart and is ideal for even a beginner to play or ride. Smooch is show quality Royalty being from the Astral Australian pony Stud and being from top quality imported blood lines!
Being Australian Riding Pony, Smooch is naturally a bit more forward than Kandy, and so suits intermediate children or smaller adults. Smooch is great fun for a dressage lesson as he is super well trained or to do smaller jumps. Smooch works nicely in frame, knows his lateral moves and with little effort will make you look good, he has a super sweet affectionate temperament.
