Our fully inclusive horse lease is designed to make stepping into horse ownership simple, supported, and genuinely enjoyable. Leasing offers the experience of having your “own” horse — without the complexity and hidden costs of ownership.

Each lease includes full care agistment at our boutique property, all feed and hay, farrier and routine veterinary care, dental maintenance, and access to top-quality saddlery. Horses live permanently on the property and are cared for with consistency, knowledge, and close attention to their wellbeing.

With a monthly investment of $650 for two rides per week, leasing is often more affordable than standard agistment, averaging approximately $75 per ride, with additional opportunities frequently offered at no extra cost.

This option is ideal for those new to horses, or for riders returning after time away. You’ll have the opportunity to learn horse care, build confidence and understanding at your own pace. As your experience grows, there is the option to purchase one of our carefully selected horses.

She is wonderful for trail riding, exploring extensive bush trails and adjoining state park, and suits riders wanting a safe, steady, confidence-building horse. Daisy is as lovely to handle on the ground as she is under saddle — a rare, dependable companion and teacher.

 Blondie is a beautiful 16hh palomino mare with medium–advanced dressage competition experience. She is a highly educated, responsive horse with all the buttons, ideal for a polished, confident rider looking to refine and practise advanced movements.

Light, athletic, and expressive, Blondie is a true schoolmaster, offering precision, feel, and responsiveness under saddle.  Connie is looking for her very own person and loves being someone’s special teen or kid's lease horse, she’ll often run up to the fence just to say hello. She’s gentle and willing in lessons, and even more joyful out on the trail, where she takes care of her rider and helps build confidence as you continue to learn.

She would make a beautiful second horse, enjoying a more active ride, little jumps, and having fun together. Connie suits a rider who wants to keep growing, stay engaged, and truly enjoy every part of their riding experience with a kind, affectionate partner.

Ollie is my heart horse — I’ve had him for 8 years — but sadly I can’t ride them all. He is a national-level competition winner and genuinely to-die-for special.

Willow is a beautiful Quarter Horse and a wonderful trail riding companion, available as a horse lease opportunity. She is quiet and placid, yet still loves a canter through the forest, always pulling up easily and staying relaxed and responsive.

Smooch is a show-quality Australian Riding Pony with true royalty in his breeding, coming from quality imported bloodlines. Naturally a little forward, he is best suited to intermediate riders. Smooch is a lovely horse lease for teens and also great fun in a dressage lesson, beautifully educated and responsive, and equally happy popping over small jumps. He works nicely in frame, understands his lateral movements, and with very little effort will make his rider look good. Paired with his affectionate temperament, Smooch is a talented and genuinely lovely partner.
